It starts HERE...

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

A structured way to step back, make sense of what you are carrying, and decide what needs to change.

Your Next Chapter is your opportunity to change all of that. This is your REWORK structure:_

Recognise
What's actually going on here?
Evaluate
What you are carrying and what it's costing you?
What Matters
What matters now - not 10 years ago.
Own Your Needs
What do you actually want, not just what you've been told to want?
Redesign
What needs to change in your work, your time and your boundaries?
Keep It Going
How do you turn insight into something that actually sticks?
There are videos, practical exercises, and space to think properly - not just skim and nod along. There is also a live session with me and a small group of like-minded women who get it.

Hi, I'm Dr. Giselle Goodwin,
PhD in Women, Work and Wellbeing

Also author of Can Women Really Have it All?:
A Happiness Handbook for Working Mothers
and creator of the Third Job Audit.

I spent 25 years building businesses in the healthcare and recruitment sectors while absorbing a workload I thought was normal - until burnout caught up with me.
I sold both my businesses, went back to university and completed a Ph.D. in women, work and wellbeing. My research explains why so many women feel overloaded, chronically guilty and like they are failing on all fronts (this was me!).
I am now on a mission to make women's work WORK - and to help you rethink what comes next.

Wonderful! You're in. YOUR NEXT CHAPTER is on its way...

I run live meetings the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm.I can't wait to connect with you!
